I count at least a hundred? Gee, an awful lot. How did you transfer the designs, they look incredibly identical.

Yes it was 100 I used a pico projector Laegwen, I just iced the images on a dried flooded cookie - I bought it specifically for jobs like this where I want them to look as similar as possible or I would spend way too much time on them. 

Do you ever have a problem with the dark wet icing from bleeding into the white?

No, not usually, with these I let the flooded base dry overnight before I put the black icing on top - I put each cookie straight in front of a fan though which I think is the main thing that stops bleeding.
