Hi Julia! These were painted with the same brand of luster dust that you asked about once before, and I still don't know who the manufacturer is, as the label is just my local supplier's. The next time I go in there I will ask her for the name. I bought them because the one ounce (or so) container was a better buy than the tiny 2 gram portions most luster dust comes in. I often mix these with pearl luster because they are indeed SO very shiny -- a little much sometimes.

Thanks - I'd be interested to know the brand and what the labeling says regarding FDA approval.
