So lovely!

Am I right in saying that the original art is from Alphonse Mucha? Or perhaps it is another artist of that era? If so, please remember to credit all art/inspiration sources both in the caption and tags.

Also, can you tell us a little more about how you made the cookie? For instance, what is the glass-like medium on top? Isomalt? Decogel? Other? Asking out of curiosity, but also to clarify your clip sets and tags. Thanks.

Oh, my lord! I can't believe that my idol also role model gave me a comment on my cookie photo. That means so much to me and gave me a huge encouragement as I'm a beginner in this field. This is my first time posting my work here, please forgive me for some unclear tags. Yes, the work was from the artist - Alphonse Mucha, I tried to simplify his artwork on the cookie. The composition and process is not very fine in details. I used sugar cookie as the base, and then painted and filled colors on the cookie, then added a thin layer of corn syrup on the top of royal icing surface for glass effect, add the final frame was made with fondant.
Thank you so much for the comment and tags.

Sorry, Sweet Kaleo. I just read your comment. Yes, I used a mold for the frame. Thank you so much for your kind compliments.
