These cookies are really artsy and fun! However, can you give us a clearer idea of how they were made? For instance, is the background fondant or royal icing? Did you paint or draw the characters? Thanks!
Not , it is not fondant . On my cookies I started to use modeling chocolate for background. It is faster then using royal acing and my customers like the taste better . On this cookies the background, flowers and hearts are made from chocolate. I am making modeling chocolate from Callebaut white chocolate or sometimes I am buying ready to use Satin ice of Saracino chocolate modeling paste. You use the same cookie cutter for cookie and for chocolate for background . And figures are drawn with black food color pan. 😊
