Vintage Angel

Very unique; you certainly created a very vintage/antique look. I’ll bet you had fun creating it.

I don't post often as I would like to since I don't have much time to do anything cookie-related, but every year I try to come up with something inspiring for Christmas. This year I was inspired by these 3D miniature wooden Christmas tree ornaments, which captured my heart with their genuiness and simplicity.

I used gingerbread, royal icing, a red egg-yolk glaze finish, gold luster dust accents and rice paper for the wings. Thay are quite sturdy and resist very well when hung. The only thing unedible is the string.
