The vegan icing looks great! Is it more challenging to work with or does it behave like regular royal icing?

What great and clever cookies!!! I love how you've taken the cake cookie cutter to create a couple of completely different cookies! Beautifully decorated with such attention to detail

It is really quite the same as working with royal icing made with albumin, not merigue powder.

Hi Pip, I took some tips from here and there and finally came up with a cookie recipe that I liked. The vegan icing is form you tube... I also did the same as with the cookie recipe..
