In Prague, Czech Republic, there is an old street leading to the castle where the house signs marking family homes pre-dates modern day numbering systems. The Three Violins is one of many. I wanted to make a series of them, but I only had the ability to get one done.(This being among at least 4 other architectural ideas I had).

Touché!  Rolling out the red carpet!  Drumrolllll!  I love your work but haven't seen you posting lately.  I miss being mesmerized by your work.  This is beautiful.  I hope you entered into the challenge.  Prague architecture is astounding!

Not only is this a fantastic cookie but the story behind it is awesome. I was in Prague at Christmastime in 2013 and it's a very interesting place with gorgeous architecture. Beautifully done!

Ha! And thank you! I made little royal icing transfers separately,(using a clip art template) then laid them on top of the finished cookie.

Jealous of being there at Christmas time! I can just imagine the outdoor markets! I was there in the month of March, so we got all the super cheap painted Easter eggs!
