How fun to do Lambeth style on a cookie! I have been wondering when someone would give it a whirl. Great piping!
Lambeth is simply awesome. Though the space on a cookie is rather limited... I already used the smallest tips I could find, and they are still rather large. So now I am looking for even smaller ones, to get a more delicate outcome
Sigh.. I grew up with the NZ form of Lambeth.. I am envious of you taking a course. One Day One day... meanwhile I love the contemporary designs coming in under the traditional Lambeth - reminds me of full open underskirts - maybe a chino material, loud and brassy with delicate overtones of stichery and accents. Love!

The course was sooo much fun! If you have a chance - do it. We did lots of stuff, some things I already knew, some that were new to me (for instance, if you want to pipe delicate lines, add a bit of piping gel to the icing, it becomes way more manageable). Lambeth was something I had only seen before, but didn't dare to try - it looked so complicated
