Master Cookie Decorating Course with Julia M Usher in Beijing, China

Join Julia for this four-day intensive hands-on cookie decorating workshop hosted by Peony Honey Bake Shop. The course will cover three of Julia's 3-D cookie projects from start to finish, commencing with the shaping and baking of contoured cookie pieces and concluding with final project assembly. Several (12 or more!) techniques will be covered throughout the course of the class, including contouring and embossing cookie dough, outlining and flooding, marbling, stenciling, airbrushing, rubber-stamping, working with edible papers, dusting, painting, and 3-D assembly. Projects include: 3-D heart box, 3-D edible lace box with domed lid, and a three-tier version of Julia's famous 3-D wedding cake cookie.
