My cutters are copper. They were made by John Newton, a brilliant copper smith. He sold cookie cutters under the name of Simon's cutters. He retired and opened a candy store. Several of his cutters are in the Cookie Cutter Museum. Highly valued by collectors. I have about 100 of them as I did decorated cookies for him to show off the cutters.
