I’ve heard of that, but never tried it.  Does it dry out the cookie or change consistency?

I personally found it to be a bit more crunchy, but because of the sprinkles when one bites into it, kids loved them. The dough consistency didn't feel dry or change for me, no problems that I can report.  You should try it!

I don’t have any kids to bake for, but maybe I can try it next time.  I rarely eat cookies anymore so I rely on what others say.  Thanks!
