Those are beautiful. I will have to try and see if I can do something remotely like that. A question: How do I keep the icing from getting so hard on the cookie that people don't want the cookie?

Thank you so much 🤗❤️ You should add some glycerin to the royal icing. Glycerin has the role of delaying the drying process of the icing. 😍
