Lovely! It reminds me of the clematis cookie I made a few years ago, though I made the "mistake" of making the trellis as a stenciled royal icing transfer, which ended up being INCREDIBLY fragile. I ultimately got the trellises on the cookies with no breakage, but I was freaking out during the entire assembly process - LOL!
