How did you do the patterns on the eggs, especially the lower half?

About te eggs, it is a combination between edible paper, fondant and Royal Icing. The lower half in this picture is edible paper, but in others I used also Fondant to give them texture.
Yes Dana, I think it is really good for arrangements. However I use bags for engagement and bridal cookies, because I think bags bring a chic touch over te plate.
What do you use to heat the bags, i have these also but have not worked out how to do it as neatly as yours. They curly up the wrong wand and i have managed to put a hole in one as well, would appreciate some advise.
