I thought of crackers too.  I am just not sure how to go about it.  The entire set is splendid!  Love it!  I haven't seen you post in a while (I may have missed your posts) and I'm glad you are okay.  So you used fondant to create the crackers?

The crackers were made using this tutorial from Julia Usher, and the mice were fondant.
