Are those tiny flowers wafer paper?  How did you cut them??  Kudos to you with such a lovely bright design.  Thank you for sharing!

I imagine they were punched with a craft paper punch, but let's see what Linda says! 😀

Yes, I lightly airbrushed the wafer paper with pink, then after it dried used a craft paper punch.
