If one is so inclined to spend time decorating within the sugar arts, why not let it be cookie decorating? While the results may be intimidating for some to receive, you've got to believe that that cookie will at the minimum be taste tested by someone. So you've got to make sure everything you send out is something good to eat (even if it is already 2 weeks old before getting out the door!).
