You're welcome! I'd never made ginger bread before (so this might be known by everyone but) I had to chill and keep it refrigerate till I used the dough, then use lots of flour during the rolling process so it wouldn't stick to counter and rolling pin. Then also note I excluded the baking soda to give a more dense cookie for my purpose. It still tastes nice, but wont fall apart as easily when making a house.
