Wafer paper flowers have become all the rage in cake decorating. And it's no surprise, really! Lightweight (lighter than gumpaste), delicate, and often quite easy to make, they make gorgeous, life-like embellishments, wired and unwired on cakes - and even in smaller form on cookies. In this video, I show how to make two types of tiny florets for cookies, as well as large wired daisy-like cookies for cakes. Instructions for the leaves pictured here are coming in a future video!
