These are a bit sloppy but I wanted to share them because they’re for a good cause. As some of you may be aware, Icing Smiles is an organization that provides celebration treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. After families return home, they are sent a dozen cookies to hopefully brighten the day. The information regarding the child is quite restricted so it is hard to make something specific. I usually just send a generic collection of fun cookies – sometimes including cookie designs I have already shared. I sent to four families this month and was told that one young girl liked animals and Harry Potter. I decided to make some Harry Potter fans for her. I had all kinds of problem with the icing because unbeknownst to me, my area now has monsoon season. Nonetheless, I hope the cookies brought smiles.
These are some of the cookies sent to the other children
