Lighthouse Cookies - Advice Needed

I actually like the tail. The only thing I can think of that you could do to it, is maby make a wave that is on top of the tail a bit smaller and narrow so that lines of a tail could be more visible. But I am not at all sure that this will be a better solution, because the bigger wave shows power of the whale. So nothing helpful from me...

Thanks for the suggestion.  I’m concerned because not everyone saw a whales tail.  Some saw a boulder.  Thanks again!

The cookie is adorable. I knew it was a tail straightaway. I think if you omitted the outline just where the tail meets the wave it would give the impression the wave was crashing over the tail and keep the integrity of the tail shape.  Also you could add a white interior to the tail or white speckles. But it looks great as is.

Thanks!  Those are great ideas!  After I do the tail I can then flood the water and over lap slightly.  I do appreciate the comments.
