Peacock Cookie Sculpture
My cookie sculpture is made from 3 extra-large hand-painted cookies for the body, and the "tail feathers" are the cookies that the guests took home. The blossoms are made from wafer paper and gum paste.

Sorry, are they gum paste flowers?

The peacock is being supported by a wooden stand that I designed. The petals of the flowers are made from wafer paper, and the centers are made from gum paste.

Thanks for responding.  I wondered how to make a support and I am still thinking on it.  I have never worked with wafer paper.  Your design is very pretty.
