If you're uploading a photo anew, after you click on "Upload New" and select the clip sets in the right column, an "Add Tags" button/area will appear under the photo before you post the photo. Just click on that area and add the tags there, and then post the photo by clicking the button at the very bottom of the page.

For a photo that you've already posted, simply return to it (i.e., this page), look in the right hand blue column. At the very bottom of that column it says "Tags." Click on the edit icon next to "Tags" (the pen and paper) and then add or edit tags. Be sure to click on both "Add Tags" and "Done" to save the tags. Then check the blue column to make sure you have entered both clip sets and tags.
