The cutter is a Michael Bonne Haunted House. I converted it to a birthday house as a gift for a friend. The house has fondant stenciled windows covered with sugar veil (there is a cat in some of the windows). The balloons, flags and gifts are royal icing transfers. The roof is fondant and was purposely put up in strips to look like broken tiles, since it is an old house. The house surface was created using a type of silpat that leaves a texture. The children are decorated with fondant, edible paper and dragees. The cats are fondant and dragees for eyes.

Thanks! The cookie is hug and getting out of the cutter took a few tries.
I am so sorry I am just seeing this entry now, econlady! I really love those windows with lace curtains! Just how large IS this cookie, anyway?!
The cookie is around 6" x 11". I used a Michael Bonne haunted house cookie cutter. Some of the Windows have a cat. Thanks for your nice comments. It was fun to make.
