Thank you!    I flooded them in plain white and brushed on a base coat of CK's platinum dust mixed with fresh lemon juice.  I really think the lemon juice was the key.  The green is  just layers of CK's powdered food colors (emerald, leaf green, yellow and royal blue) that I randomly dipped my brush into and mixed with lemon juice.  I also have a green-tinged platinum dust (CK), but I hardly used it because I already liked how it was turning out and found that I didn't really need it.  The pink is Wilton pearl dust mixed with lemon juice.   I like to dry-brush a lot of my cookies with Wilton's pearl dust when I'm finished, but I didn't do that this time--I think that would have dulled the finish.
