I've done a lot more colour blending than I normally do, to make it look a bit more watercoloured. I have given it dimension by shaping the royal icing onto the cookie.

Thanks. I haven’t learnt pressure piping yet, but I learnt how to work like this from a Timbo Sullivan royal icing tutorial. This is working with really thick Royal icing and moulding it into shape with water and a paintbrush.
