I'm looking at your tag "Acorn Squash Sugar Cookies" and am wondering if you blended some squash into the dough?? Sounds like it would be very tasty, if so.

Yes, Julia, I did.  It was a recipe I found for pumpkin spice cookies from a B&B blog in 2010.  The original is no longer to be found, but my rendition is on my blog.  http://spiflipflopfoodie.blogs...ookies-take-two.html  They have turned into one of my very favorite cookies to eat.  One of the things I've noticed after making a lot of these cookies, is that if I don't get the squash REALLY dry, I end up having to add extra flour to get a good roll out.  They are really yummy cookies.

...and, yes!  The screens worked great.  I apparently didn't have enough white coloring in my icing to put these on top of colored RI, but they worked out so pretty on white icing.  I loved the crispness of the design and no peaks!
