These are baked. They are rather thin (5 mm) and small (4,5 cm wide) so don't stay in the oven for long. I coloured them with gel colour.

I absolutely love plain impressions!  I fell in love with impressions when I was a little girl. Rembember those cookies in the circus box?  I think they were called "animal crackers". Simplicity is beautiful.

we never went to the circus, but I remember some from my aunt's shop, I think the brand was Bahlsen.
