Love Autumn Carpenter cutter and impressions mats. I wish my cookies did not spread as much as they did. I have since changed recipes (thanks to this site) and reduced baking powder with better results.
I use to have trouble with dough spreading. besides dropping the baking powder in half I stopped softening the butter. I take the cold butter, cut it in cubes and add to the sugar. Sometimes I have to turn up the speed on the mixer to make the mixture combine completely. Good luck!
