Did you know that all members, not just official Cookie Connection contributors, can submit blog tutorials for possible posting on this site?! Well, they can, and we have a prime example of one such (excellent) post in Laegwen's recently submitted origami spring cookie tut, here! (Below, is a sneak peek of what she describes in detail in that post.)
Posting to the Cookie Connection blog can be a great way to test your tutorial-writing mettle, as well as to bring you and your cookie work more exposure. (Cookie Connection gets close to 2 million views each month!) That said, I encourage any and all of you with respectable writing and photo-taking skills to give it a shot! I'd love to see what you've got!
The first step is easy: just read our tips and suggestions for posting to the blog, here, and then feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I do edit all submissions to the blog. That said, I can't guarantee when (or if) every submission will post, as editing time depends on many things, not the least of which is my schedule. But, if a post meets our site's guidelines, I can generally have it reviewed and edited within a couple of weeks.
I look forward to seeing more of your tutorial submissions on the site!
