I don't know of any grease-proof liner except the paper that BRP sells. I use platters from the dollar store. Cover the cookies with plastic wrap. They can leave the cookies as-is or transfer them to their own platter.
Cake foil (for covering cake boards) is grease-proof, though I don't think it's the most attractive stuff. Though maybe in a neutral, non-distracting color? http://www.fondantsource.com/foilboardwrap.html
I also did a Google search for grease-proof doilies (I'd seen them before), and a lot came up: https://www.google.com/webhp?s...doilies&tbm=shop
I have used parchment paper cut with scrap booking shears for decorative edging.
I bought some patterned parchment paper last year. It has little hearts on it--I think I found it at World Market? I did a quick search and some sites have some with dots or in a variety of colors. Maybe that would work? Or wrappers that are made for hamburgers?
http://www.papermart.com Best to buy bulk. Michaels has a 25 sheets/pk. labeled Celebrate It. I bought it a while ago and don't remember the cost. I didn't look to see what Papermart's prices are.
Just saw on another site that BRP Box Shop has a new grease-proof item: cards to back cookies in bags. More info here: http://www.brpboxshop.com/cookie-cards.html

OMG it's about time! I remember this being the first question I ever asked on the Cake Central boards many years ago!
This is great not only for keeping grease in line, but I think they will be great for added durability for fragile shaped cookies! Yeah, Yeah , Yeah!!!!!

Yeah, I think it's great too!
I use parchment paper, I cut the sides with that sicsors or puches to have a nice border, or textured it with the sizzix. The same for the boxes, sometime I have made my self boxes with the cricut (there are many brands, I have so many problems to learn to use my cricut and not so happy). I have used those transparent acrilic boxes.
