In it, I advance from the system handling and triggering fundamentals covered in Part 1 to simple one- and two-color designs that use up to one mask (or layered/superimposed stencil), making this part ideally suited for beginners. I think you’ll see from the following cookie photos just how rich and elegant even a simple single-color, no-overlay design can be. Plus, there’s nothing speedier than a one-color airbrushed cookie! By the end of Part 2, I begin working with three colors in one-layer designs (i.e., the “Thank You” cookie in the bottom right) as a segue into more complex multicolor, multi-layer designs in Part 3.
