Hi, everyone! It's me! How's that for an easy hello?! Since you all should know me by now, I won't bore you with my bio unless, of course, you want to read it, which you can by clicking on the pink link you just passed over.
I also apologize to myself for posting the following February site art so late - a week into February, God forbid!
I am usually much more punctual than this. I've just been so busy with getting Challenge #56 out with Manu and Noriko, and with prepping for my online class and 2024 cookie art competition, that I plumb forgot. But better I forget myself than someone else! (Actually, my art was only selected for this month, because I suspected I would be crazy-busy and that this site art posting might slip through the cracks.)
But let me not forget the dear @Icingsugarkeks (aka Gabi) who works tirelessly for this site, pulling cookie art and working it into the ideal formats for our site's banner and backdrop. Gabi, I thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for all of the effort you put into this site - and, more specifically, for making my cookie hearts displayed this month look prettier than they actually were! 😘

Last but not least, for those of you who are wondering how to get featured, it's easy! Simply read these posts here and here. Remember: Site artists not only get their work featured prominently for a full month, but they also get profiled in a forum post like this one and in an in-depth Cookier Close-up interview. All considered, it's a lot of great free PR in exchange for photo sharing! When preparing your site art, please bear in mind that I already have artwork through all of 2024, thanks to @Icingsugarkeks, but she is currently at work on material for 2025. So don't hesitate to submit your cookies at any time. Please also remember that Icingsugarkeks is available to help you get your photos in the right format, so feel free to contact her if you need assistance! You can send her a PM right here on Cookie Connection by clicking on her name (in pink) above.
