I’ve read that the Earth Balance brand is best for vegan cutout cookies but now I see it comes in both sticks and tubs. (And even whipped! I will avoid whipped.) But “original” comes in both formats and the stick has a teensy bit more fat content per the label (not just the same formula packaged differently). My limited experience with vegan cookies using plant-based butter is that they are a bit greasy and sometimes lead to butter bleed through the icing (ask me how I know!). Is the tub the way to go even though the sticks say “great for baking”? Has anyone tried both?
