Hi, all! I am doing a little bit of "research" for an upcoming blog post, and am wondering what cookie tools, resources, or other cookie things top your Christmas wish list. Feel free to list as many items as you'd like (be specific too, links are welcome). Please also indicate if you consider yourself a beginner or more advanced decorator. I'll be collating these responses and adding some of my own picks to write the post.

Thanks in advance for your input!

I have a Kopy Kake projector on my wish list and a KitchenAid Pro Stand Mixer.  My Artisan mixer is struggling when I double a batch of dough so I bought extra mixer bowls and mixer blades to make multiples in a row (the cheaper alternative to a new Pro mixer!).  I am still a hobbiest although I have sold a few batches of cookies now.  I guess I'm not a beginner anymore, but I'm not a pro yet!

Oh! I got a whole list for Santa. I've been asking for a kopykake for a while now. And I would love an airbrush with some airbrush colors and some stencils to go with them. Maybe a food dehydrator. Couple of good cookie sheets. The wish list goes on and on. Sadly though, Santa already informed me that he won't be able to get me those this year. He said maybe next year

Would love to have a KK, no one wants to  deliver to Lebanon, because it is heavy. International shipment will cost too much, so maybe Santa can do that from his village!.I also want a dehydrator which I already found here , will check out pricing in few days, hoping that it will not be over budgetec for Santa !

I would add my name to the list for a KopyKake.  I am artistically challenged (can't draw recognizable stick figures) and need lots of help with getting cookies from my brain to my fingers.  I am so envious of those who can bring pictures to life on their cookies.

The KK seems to be topping most everyone's list! Thanks for the input. I hope  delivers what's on your wish list.
