Lucy, If you don't mind sharing, what consistency icing do you use for these? 

Whoa! Love it!

Most of the icing was between 10 and 20 seconds.I didn't use any stiff, but it was thick enough to need 'help' to smooth over in some of the slightly bigger areas.

You are so inspiring! Looking at your cookies makes me want to take my own cookies to a whole new level. Maybe I can be you when I grow up... 

I love how much effort you put into every single cookie, you are a true artist who takes her craft seriously. Great perspective and I love the added dimension of the mud/gravel being kicked off the wheels!
