Beautiful cookie. Wish I could join you. Have fun!
@pip, we can't join the classes in person in Australia, of course, but follow Julia's FB page during those days and you will have a great experience. Her pics will be "a window" on the venue, on her classes, you will see her students work in progress, the places she will visits, the traditional food . . . I did that for her last trips to Ningbo and Jakarta and I was so looking forward for pics everyday. You will have almost the feeling to be there.
You will also realize, through the pics that she will probably post in the next days, how much work there is behind the preparation of cookie classes and you will see how she will pack the cookies that she will bring with her. . . and keep your breath until you see them safe and sound on the other side of the world, ready to be assembled!

All true - I post a lot of my prep and daily class fun on my Facebook page so people can follow along. I'll do the same for this trip, I'm sure.

I also love those posts on FB! I wish I could attend at least one of your classes one day, may be next time you come to Europe. And this cookie is another of your masterpieses!
