WONDERFUL!!! Congratulations on being the first entry!  This is such a glorious and joyful, harmonic oceanic scene!

Thanks, Christine! To be honest, the outcome reminds me of these "lovely" polyresin pictures you find in certain restaurants *lol*

But I had loads of fun making it - thanx for the challenge!

As you already know, Laegwen, I absolutely love flowers!! This cookie is incredible. The flowers are gorgeous and I just love the color as well as the attention to detail.  It's always such a treat for me to see your work

Glad you like the flowers! Normally my cookies are too small to leave enough space for gumpaste flowers, though I enjoy doing them. But this cookie was large enough

I think she handpainted them. I've noticed two or more mentions of you not being able to see the tags clearly, and so I thought I'd point out that most browsers can enlarge your screen view for easier reading.  For instance, I browse in Chrome, and if I hit the Ctrl and + keys at the same time, my screen gets zoomed in. (The text must be 25%-50% larger on the zoomed screen, but just guessing.) There are similar commands for other browsers/devices, thought they vary from browser to browser, and device to device. You may want to Google "Zoom in on [insert browser/device]" to find a command that will help with readability.

Hmm . . . not sure why your computer would have any issues with a zoom-in; you're not downloading any content to your computer when the browser zooms in, so there's no threat of malware or viruses getting on your computer. . . anyway, just wanted you to know there are ways to enlarge the screen. Best of luck!

Thanks for your sweet comment and sorry for not replying sooner (holiday stress ). As Julia already kindly cleared, the design is hand-painted. I used a very fine brush and diluted gel colors - and some patience and words I won't repeat in public...

Thanks to all of you for leaving behind so much praise and awesome comments! You have made me grow at least an inch - which makes me 5.1 now. A bit more of this and I will be able to reach the middle shelf in the supermarket

i think this is so happy    fun      endearing      as i posted to kim  i had an idea for penguins    no  it didnt get down to design     etc          but  i may try    not sure    this is such a fun illustration!
