With over a decade of experience, I've had the opportunity to share my love for edible art through collaborations with international magazines, as well as online tutorials and private classes via social media platforms. Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Mexico, I incorporate advanced techniques like 3D texturing, painting on royal icing, and intricate piping, allowing each creation to tell a visual story.
