Never thought I'd want to do a business but now I'm thinking about it. After looking up the Cottage Food laws, I see the first big road block. My Google search lead me here. If the info is correct, California actually allows meringue powder now, but I'm in Nevada. So I either have to learn Glaze or lead a crusade to get Nevada to change the law!!
