My name is Claire, I'm from Holland and mother of a beautiful little girl, who already loves baking and decorating. I started baking cakes after my daughter turned one year old. We ordered a beautiful cake for her birthday and I was so impressed that I decided that I wanted te be able to do that myself. After I new how to work with fondant, I wanted to bake some cookies for a change. I started searching for tutorials on Youtube on how to work with royal icing and I entered a whole new world when I found Julia Usher's channel. I was amazed by her beautiful creations. I learned so much from all the videos on Youtube about working with royal icing. And everytime I make new cookies I learn a little more.
