Full time nurse by day and cookie baker by night. I started doing cookies about 2 years ago as I needed a hobby being an empty nester. Looking at my husband all day was not going to cut it anymore. So, cookies it was. And what a challenge. I have overcome color bled, too thin/thick icing, dry cookies, and bad cookie cutters. With all that behind me, skies the limit!
