Having come out of my job as food scientist, and undergone major surgery, cookie decorating has quickly become physical therapy as well as psychological salvation!  Have been baking since 7, but it took some courage to dive into cookie art.  I thought I would never be good enough...  but these days, every spare moment is spent trying different techniques, thinking about designs, flavour combinations and all things cookie.  My husband, his colleagues and now more recently fee paying customers seem to appreciate my output!
