Fell in love with cookie decorating a year ago and have been obsessed since. I even looked forward to our family holiday to Disney World to be over as I missed the cookies! Am a mum of 2 young boys and a part time Diabetes Nurse specialist (how ironic!) but am now looking into setting up my own cookie company to work along side my nursing. Hardly anyone has heard of decorated cookies in the UK so I can't help but feel now is the time to jump in - the forecast is that they will make the jump over the pond like cupcakes did!
