I started taking Wilton classes 4 years ago since I have very limited motion due to my disease FOP. It allowed me to do work close to my body and that is how I started making fondant flowers and other small things. I got 2nd place in Art not on a cake at the 2015 OSSAS at the Tulsa State Fair Competition.
