Chef and owner of Virtual Bistro Catering. I specialize in intimate dinners where I come to you with the linen, china, flatware a waiter or waitress and prepare a four course meal in your home. I have traveled to French Guyana where I taught the Creoles there how prepare foods like the Creoles in South Louisiana. I started my love affair with decorated cookies when another chef asked for wedding favors. A groomsman in the state of Texas and a bride in the state of Louisiana. It was a last minute addition to a catering job. I had a Louisiana cookie cutter I borrowed and ordered a Texas cutter. It arrived in the mail and was too small. Nothing about that cutter was BIG. With time running out and no time to spare,  I made my own. The wedding favors were a success. Ever since that New Year's Day wedding, my life has not been the same. If I am painting on a cookie, sculpting something being added or simply piping a design or pattern, I get lost in the process. Love At First Bite.

Creating 100 mini Mickey Mouse cookies to give away for a young man that was selected as a Disney Dreamer. His story was selected out of thounsands of enteries. His mom threw him a Disney send off party right before their trip. I provided the themed black and red cookies.
