I am a professional sugar artist based in Athens, Greece. I am involved into the sugar art since 2002. It all started as a hobby but it gradually became profession. In 2007 I created the blog http://www.sugarflowerscreations.com where I share my passion for sugar art, presenting frequently fresh decorating ideas and special recipes. The blog has become quite popular, especially for my recipes.

Since 2011, I am cooperating with the popular monthly Greek pastry magazine Glyka Mystika (sweet secrets), where I present in monthly basis a decorating theme with step by step instructions. Four years ago, I had the opportunity to get involved into teaching. Since then, I have been teaching sugar art and cake decorating seminars every month, for both beginners and advanced students. The subjects are being renewed very often.

I never stop learning; I keep attending seminars in Greece and abroad, in order to evolve my work, learn new techniques and get fresh ideas.
