A recent 3-D cookie project for a private online course that I am currently teaching. Mostly contoured cookies and royal icing with a few modeling chocolate and SugarVeil trims tossed in for good measure!

No, so sorry. The course is only in English; that is unfortunately the only language I speak, and it is a live course.
