Links will not and cannot be hyperlinked in the caption field, which is why I suggest putting them in the comments instead. If you just type in the link in a comment, it will automatically hyperlink. If it doesn't, then use the link icon at the top of the editing pane (the icon to the right of the "I" for italics) to add the link. Thanks.
