Yeah. A couple of tips:

 

1. I think these cookies do/show this, but if you sandwich two cookies back to back, so that they're perfectly lined up at the bottom, they'll pretty much stand on their own without any propping.

 

2. If they don't, then prop them until the icing dries. I often use containers of sugar beads or nonpareils to prop 3-D cookies 'cause they're tall and they can support all the way to the cookie top.

 

3. Also use super thick royal icing for the "glue." It should be a thick paste; that way, it dries much more quickly. Some people set the cookies into wet icing, but I find it more painful and messy to assemble this way. So I let all the topcoats dry first; then anchor with more (thick) icing.
